Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Event Host Casting Specialist to join our remote team.
The Event Host Casting Specialist identifies, auditions, and develops exceptional event hosts who lead our live, in-person, and virtual experiences.
The right candidate will ensure our hosts bring energy, professionalism, and strong stage presence to every experience.
Will be a creative thinker and problem solver, have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a startup tech environment.
Please note: This is a remote contract role (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) based in the Philippines.

Some of our customers include Colgate, Paramount, Visa, HubSpot, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and more.Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle Event Host Talent Casting and recruiting, including sourcing, auditioning, and selecting talent for live, in-person, and virtual experiences.Proactively build and manage structured talent pipelines (by role, skillset, geography, and specialty) to ensure ongoing access to qualified candidates.Maintain an organized talent database and regularly engage potential talent through outreach, networking, and referrals to sustain long-term relationships.Monitor pipeline health, track hiring metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations to reduce time-to-fill and improve talent quality.Design and manage selection processes, and evaluate candidates for stage presence, communication skills, and audience engagement Maintain existing and develop new training materials and programs for hosts, including guiding new hosts through event expectations and brand guidelines.Review host performance post-event and provide feedback to continually ensure events are successfully led, and hosts are meeting expectations.Lead and manage cross-functional people initiatives (onboarding, documentation)
and foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive alignment across departments.Support culture-building initiatives and ensure new hires have an excellent onboarding experience.
3-5 years in Talent Casting and full-cycle recruitingComes with a network of talent that could be a fit to host our eventsUnderstanding of event production rundownsExperience with group facilitation, moderating, and managing group dynamics.
It is important for someone casting hosts to understand what it takes to hostHigh energy and a positive attitude and people person.Quick thinker able to think creatively to problem solveTech-savvy and comfortable with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Webex, MS TeamsSkilled at public speakingStrong project management skills, managing timelines, priorities, and dependencies across teams.Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.A focus on Inclusion & Diversity in all aspects of sourcing and attracting talentProficient in using recruiting and HR systems (ATS, HRIS); data-driven with a knack for streamlining operations.Ability to jump in as a host should an unexpected situation occur that needs backupReliable high-speed internet and a computer with a webcam are requiredMastery of the English languageExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFlexible availability for interviews in other time zones when neededExperience working in a fast-paced startup environment Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technologyPlease note: This is a remote contract role (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, invoiced monthly) based in the Philippines.
