The ideal candidate combines creativity, attention to detail, and hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign design.What you will work on: Create visual assets for digital, social media, CRM, campaigns, events, and promotions Adapt global brand materials for the local market Develop creative concepts and campaign visuals Ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output Collaborate with Marketing, Product, CRM, Media,



and agencies Prepare production-ready files for different channels Manage multiple design projects and deadlines Support continuous improvement of creative processes and trends Maintain Novibet Mexico's visual identity across all communicationsWhat you bring Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field 3+ years of professional Graphic Design experience Good understanding and practical experience using Figma.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding and creative design skills Advanced Adobe Creative Suite knowledge Experience with digital, social media, print, OOH, and video assets Experience with integral brands and brand guidelines preferred Strong knowledge of creative design tools Motion Graphics experience is a nice to have Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) Experience in in-house marketing teams, agencies, or digital environments preferredWhat we offerWe truly value our people at Novibet!
