DescriptionThis role is responsible for the full operation of the denim plant, including weaving, indigo dyeing, and finishing, ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and alignment with customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee weaving, dyeing (indigo), finishing, and logistics and ensure denim fabrics meet performance and aesthetic standardsEnsure bulk production follows approved standards and wash expectations, minimize shade variation and inconsistenciesCollaborate with Quality and Development on approvals.
Drive continuous improvement initiativesOptimize production flow,



capacity and manage cost structure and waste reductionPartner with Sales and Development on new programs to ensure smooth transition from development to productionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field******+ years of experience in denim manufacturingStrong expertise in weaving, indigo dyeing, and finishing processesProven experience managing end-to-end plant operationsStrong leadership and team development skillsFluent in Spanish (required); English strongly preferredExperience in process optimization, quality control, and cost managementNOTE: Please submit your resume in English.
