And now we're looking for an experienced analyst to build and grow KYC analytics almost from scratch.Challenges that await you:Set up and grow KYC analytics for our productsBuild the analytical infrastructure: event tracking, metrics, dashboards, and reportingAnalyze and forecast KYC-related costs (verification volumes, budgets, year-ahead planning)Evaluate and test external vendors and models used for customer verificationMonitor model performance (accuracy, speed, cost) and recommend improvementsSupport product analytics: launch new features, measure their impact, and provide insightsWork across multiple countries (Mexico, Colombia, etc.) to localize and scale verification processesCollaborate with fraud, risk, and product teams to ensure seamless customer onboardingWhat makes you a great fit:3+ years of experience as a data or product analyst, preferably in fintech or big techStrong skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker)Experience building analytics and metrics from scratch,
