About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (6 month contract) to lead the development of major software components, systems, and features.
Leverage your expertise in Software Development to mentor and coach the team to raise the overall output of the development team.What You'll DoDevelopment & DeliveryWork with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain Q4 software applicationsWrite and maintain codebases with a high level of quality across all of your workDevelop and unit test applications in accordance with established Q4 standardsContribute to designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining new and existing featuresFollow Q4's software development lifecycle,



committing and delivering on those commitmentsCollaboration & CommunicationCommunicate clearly and regularly with team members and your team leadAttend and contribute to company development meetingsWork closely with QA to produce high-quality code and automate according to QA requirementsAssist with the development of user stories and estimatesDocumentation & StandardsEnsure that software you develop is well documentedUndertake any other reasonable task that may be asked of you by senior managementWhat We're Looking For7+ years of Software Development experience2+ years of experience as an Intermediate Fullstack Developer working with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.jsProven track record of developing both front end and back end applicationsExperience in a variety of software development approaches and methodologies including Agile and ScrumExperience in both technical planning and implementation-level software designExperience in requirements capture, analysis techniques, and process improvement approachesAdditional SkillsExcellent personal organization with the ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasksComfortable working autonomously without routine supervisionA desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current technologiesProven track record of practical, thoughtful problem solvingLocation: Mexico (Remote)At Q4, we embrace diverse perspectives and experiences as the driving force behind innovation and problem-solving.
