Job DescriptionObjetive :Provide in-depth product knowledge and automotive costing experience to KOSTAL North America, which supports the continued growth of the company.
Work closely with members of the engineering, project management, sales, and operations to support the development of new products.
Adhere to and promote KOSTAL of North America values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a valuable team member.Main Task: Complete total manufacturing cost calculation and comparative analysis of automotive interior products through the product development lifecycleSupport team with quotations for new businessOwns cost analysis for changes and create costing sheetsLead customer engineering changes by coordinating the costing meetingsSupport activities to develop and maintain the product costing database for new business quotationsPerforms other related duties, special projects, and assignments as requiredQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering- desired3 - 5 years of professional experience in product costing or product developmentExperience with cost analysis of material, production process, and program costsTechnical product knowledge and production background in the Automotive IndustryKnowledge of SAP (CO-PC required; PS, BW, SAC, etc. preferred)Attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essentialLead in the development of project execution plansStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsExcellent organization, prioritization, problem solving, and time management skillsDeliver results in a cross-functional roleAdvanced Excel Skills and experience in Microsoft Office products Additional InformationSend us your resume and be part of our team!
