DescriptionWe're looking for a senior product designer to provide short-term execution supportduring a period of elevated design demand.
This role is intentionally focused on shippinghigh-quality, build-ready UX for well-defined problems, while our internal design team remainsfocused on foundational systems, core product workflows, and long-term strategy.This is a time-bound engagement with clear scope, ownership, and success criteria.Duration & Commitment Duration: ***** weeks (time-bound engagement)Weekly Hours: ***** hours/week (versátil, based on project phase) Location: Remote (US time zone overlap preferred)What You'll DoIndependently execute on clearly defined product requirements with minimal directionTranslate well-framed problems into build-ready UX that Engineering can confidently implementDesign user flows, states, and interaction details in Figma at the appropriate fidelity for the active Design ModeEnsure designs meet established quality bars for clarity, completeness, and usabilityWork within an existing or evolving design system and follow established patternsProactively identify gaps, edge cases, and assumptions—and resolve or escalate them appropriatelyPartner closely with Engineering to unblock implementation while minimizing back-and-forthCommunicate progress, risks,
