About Additive Plus

Additive Plus is a California-based additive manufacturing partner. We supply industrial 3D printers, materials, and part production services to engineering companies across the United States. Order volume is growing, and we are hiring our first dedicated Order Fulfillment Coordinator - a fully remote role reporting directly to the CEO.

Pay is set in USD: $1,300 - $1,800 per month depending on experience (the MXN range shown is an approximate conversion). Independent contractor engagement, paid monthly.

What you will own

Every customer order, from the moment payment arrives until the order is delivered:

- Confirm each paid order the same day: check stock, determine whether it ships from our warehouse, comes from a supplier, or goes into production, and communicate the lead time.
- Place purchase orders with our suppliers (US, Europe, Asia) and track every open order with a next-action date - nothing sits without follow-up.
- Coordinate in-house production jobs with our technical team and keep their deadlines visible.
- Prepare shipments: shipping labels, tracking numbers into the CRM, delivery confirmation.
- Handle exceptions - supplier delays, damaged or short shipments, customer status requests - and escalate only the decisions that need the CEO.
- Keep our HubSpot deal stages and production Trello board accurate daily, and send a short end-of-day status report.

Most routine communication (order confirmations, shipping notifications) is automated. Your job is coordination, follow-up discipline, and exceptions - the parts that need judgment.

Requirements

- 2+ years in order management, fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics coordination (B2B preferred).
- Excellent written English - most of your day is email with US customers and international suppliers.
- Schedule: core availability 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday; the rest of your day is versátil. Our suppliers are in Europe and Asia,



so short early-morning or evening communication windows are part of the role.
- Systematic and written-first: if it is not in the CRM, it did not happen.
- Comfortable with CRM and task tools. HubSpot and Trello experience is a plus, not a requirement.
- Reliable internet and your own computer.

Nice to have
- Background in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or technical products.
- Experience with US shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight).
- Spanish.
