The adecuado candidate has strong experience recruiting within Mexico, previous BPO recruitment experience, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.We are looking for someone who is dependable, driven, team-oriented, and excited about building a long-term career with a growing organization.What You'll DoManage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across multiple accounts and industriesSource, screen, interview, and evaluate candidatesConduct English and Spanish candidate assessmentsSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managersMaintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackersCreate and post job advertisements across multiple platformsBuild talent pools for current and future hiring needsEnsure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring processMeet hiring goals and recruitment performance metricsCollaborate closely with recruitment leadership and team membersSupport hiring initiatives and special recruitment projects as neededScheduleMonday through FridayStandard schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern TimeMust be available to work U.S. business hoursCompensation & ContractCompetitive hourly rate paid in USDCompensation is negotiable based on experience and qualificationsIndependent ContractorTechnical Requirements (Essential)To be considered,
