We're looking for a skilled Paralegal specializing in US immigration law to join our team!
If you're detail-oriented, fluent in English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish, and have a passion for immigration law, we'd love to hear from you.
?✨ What You'll Do: Draft and prepare immigration-related legal documents, including visa petitions, affidavits, appeals, and motions.
Submit immigration petitions and applications to relevant agencies, meeting all deadlines.
⏱️ Conduct legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and case precedents.
Communicate with clients in English and Spanish, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
? Maintain organized case files and accurate documentation for immigration cases.
️✔️ Prepare and review immigration forms for visas and other processes.
✍️ Support attorneys with administrative tasks related to immigration cases.
Track visa deadlines and case progress, keeping attorneys informed.
✅ ✅ Our Adecuado Candidate: Has at least two years of experience as a legal assistant or law clerk.
Holds a law degree (or equivalent) from their home country.
At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal in a U.S. immigration law firm.




⚖️ Is proficient in legal software like Clio or MyCase (preferred).
Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written.
️ Can work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with immigration-specific databases and software.
Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures, visa types, and forms (family-based, humanitarian, and employment-based immigration).
Permanently resides in Latin America.
Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, **** or newer) with a stable internet connection.
