Market researchand analyze the potential vendors; negotiating contracts, terms, and prices;managing the procurement process from sourcing to delivery; monitoring andevaluating the performance of suppliers/vendors; identifying cost -savingopportunities and implementing strategies to optimize procurement processes andreduce expenses.RequirementsBachelor's degree.5+ years of professional experience inpurchasing, procurement, or equivalent.Advanced English Level (B2+).
Project estimation knowledge.Advanced planning, organizational, andprioritization skills.Activities Superiorly organized and manages work with goodpriority and complete task efficiency.To plan, manage, and execute the departmentrequirements to avoid operational risks due to a lack of materials and/orservices.Excellent bargaining of price, term,
andcondition.Establish effective relationships with internalstakeholders to ensure early involvement and effective project coordination.Identity costs out opportunities.Carry out comparative studies between suppliers,analyzing price, quality, and delivery time.Development, assessment, and inspection of newand current vendors.Participate in suppliers' price and contractnegotiations.Select and manage suppliers based on transparentand fair procedures through a standardized bidding and quotation process.Secure cost competitiveness by organizing theoptimal vendor pool and selecting suppliers who provide good quality and thebest price conditions through competition.Ensure adherence to procedures, policies,regulations, best practices, and continuous improvement.Analyze and monitor market trends and recommendalternative suppliers where appropriate/benchmarking.Administration and analysis of contracts andpurchase orders.Evaluate supplier performance and recommendsolutions for cost savings, on -time deliveries, and overall quality.Attending to necessities and business prioritiesfor a prompt response, keeping communication with support areas in Mexico and theUnited States.Market and industry knowledge (according topurchase category).
