A manufacturing plant within the packaging and food industry is seeking a Junior Factory Controller to provide financial and operational support through cost analysis, budget management, and performance monitoring.
This role is responsible for ensuring financial visibility and control over plant operations while partnering closely with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance teams.The Junior Factory Controller will participate in monthly financial close activities, analyze production cost variations, monitor manufacturing KPIs, support budgeting and rolling forecasts, and assist with profitability analysis across production lines.
This position also oversees CAPEX and OPEX tracking, inventory validation, and financial reporting for plant leadership.The role requires active involvement in continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and financial governance.
This position serves as a key business partner to plant leadership by providing actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision -making.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in monthly plant financial close processesAnalyze variances in production costs, scrap, labor, fixed expenses, conversion costs,
