Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.We're Hiring: Support Agent – Candlelight Mexico On-site in Mexico City | Part.Time 20h/week (Monday-Thursday)We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Agent/ Administrative & Operations Assistant to join our Candlelight team—working behind the scenes to bring magical experiences to life across the Mexican region, while being based in Mexico City.This role focuses on ensuring that all administrative, documentation, and operational processes behind our events run smoothly.
You will play a key role in managing event-related documentation, tracking contracts and signatures, coordinating logistics, and supporting basic financial administration tasks.The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, comfortable taking ownership of tasks, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced,
international environment.What You'll Do Documentation & Administrative ManagementManage and maintain organized records of event documentation, contracts, permits, and signed official documentsCoordinate signature collection and follow up with stakeholders on pending documentationPrepare documentation for event execution and shipment when requiredEnsure accurate filing, tracking, and proper record-keeping across administrative processes Finance & Operational Admin SupportRegister and organize supplier invoicesSupport tracking of payments related to vendors, permits, and administrative servicesMaintain organized records for financial documentation and reconciliation? Internal CoordinationMaintain visibility across tasks, deadlines and project progressSupport communication between stakeholders involved in operational workflowsWhat You BringYou live in Mexico City and are legally eligible to work hereYou speak Spanish fluently & advanced English (B2 level).
