Main Duties and Responsibilities:



Responding to customer inquiries quickly and efficientlyAnswering phone calls and emails in a professional mannerOutbound and Inbound callingBuilding rapport with customersCollecting customer information for future follow-upsClosing sales and achieving company quotasIdentifying sales opportunitiesStaying informed about product and service information updatesOther duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Ability to clearly communicate (read, write and speak) in English and SpanishMust be able to travel to Mexico City office 2-5 years experience in Customer Service and/or Sales Ability to travel to Canada and USA for training (valid passport and visa)Experience with Salesforce/CRM considered an asset Experience using Miscrosoft Office Excellent customer serviceClear communication and active listeningAbility to process information wellPeople-oriented and experienced in rapport-buildingAbility to sell and promoteWorking knowledge of various technology and software programsStrong product knowledgeExcellent time management*Please submit resumes in English*
