As a Customer Intake Specialist, you will connect consumers with trusted carriers specializing in car insurance, helping them find the right coverage tailored to their needs.
As a key member of our team, you will play an integral role in guiding customers through the insurance selection process, ensuring they are matched with a provider that aligns with their preferences.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity for residents of the following states:AL, FL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, LA, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, TN, UT, VA, WV, WI, WYRequirementsMinimum 1 year of customer service/call center or office experience requiredTechnical savvy able to toggle between multiple browsers & systems using dual monitorsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to type at least 35 WPM accuratelySelf-motivated, dependable, and able to work independentlyMust be 18 years of ageMust pass a background check in compliance with state and federal lawsPrevious remote work experience preferredResponsibilitiesHandle a high volume of inbound calls in a timely, professional mannerFollow communication scripts while maintaining a natural and empathetic toneUse internal systems to document, escalate,
