Job descriptionImportant IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:HANA DB AdminWe are seeking an SAP HANA Administrator to provide L2/L3 support for complex SAP landscapes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep technical expertise in HANA/Sybase database administration, proactive issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination in a managed service delivery model.
This role demands operational excellence, SLA adherence, and continuous learning in a dynamic integral support setup.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver L2/L3 technical support for SAP HANA infrastructure in compliance with SLAs and KPIs.Administer HANA and Sybase databases, including backup, recovery, performance tuning, and space management.Handle P1/P2 incidents with urgency and precision, ensuring timely resolution and de-escalation.Track and report SLA/KPI metrics; ensure compliance with ITIL best practices.Prior experience in ECS (Enterprise Cloud Services) will be considered an advantage.Key activitiesHANA Database and ASE SybaseUpdate database software,

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
