This role sits at the intersection of Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Systems, ensuring our recruiting processes, tools, and data scale with PayJoy's growth.ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimize PayJoy's recruiting workflows, and tool stackDesign, document, and continuously improve standardized recruiting processes from intake to offerBuild and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting (funnel metrics, time-to-fill, source performance, capacity planning, forecast accuracy)Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and Finance on headcount planning and hiring forecastsIdentify operational gaps in the recruiting process and independently implement scalable solutionsCreate playbooks, training materials, and documentation to enable recruiters and hiring teams to operate effectivelyImprove candidate experience through better coordination, communication,
