The Procurement Operations team aims to enable DoorDash internal business partners to fulfill their purchasing and contracting needs with speed and efficiency, while balancing the need for SOX process controls and savings through negotiation.
Major procurement projects planned for **** and **** include enhancements to the vendor onboarding process to streamline registration and compliance, enablement of Business Partners in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process through improved tools and guidance, initiatives to enhance the procurement customer experience by simplifying interactions and boosting service levels, integration of key procurement systems to improve data consistency and decision-making, and support for Procurement buyer activities such as redirecting purchases to preferred suppliers to ensure compliance, cost savings, and strategic sourcing alignment.About the RoleWe're hiring a team of Procurement Operations Analysts to join our procurement operations team in our Mexico City delivery center.
This is a unique opportunity to join a new operations team and participate as an active member of the P2P (Procure to Pay) team.
You will achieve key customer experience goals and provide insights so the Procurement Ops leadership team may improve process efficiencies.
The first weeks will be focused on learning and mastering the P2P (Procure to Pay) process and the suite of tools we use.
You will help meet performance KPIs, while also having the opportunity to support Procurement Ops with future growth initiatives.
