Job Overview
A multinational leader in technical packaging and industrial logistics solutions is seeking a B2B Account Executive / Key Account Manager. You will drive business growth by prospecting, negotiating, and managing key accounts within the automotive sector (Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs) across the Central Region of Mexico.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new B2B commercial opportunities within the automotive sector across CDMX, Estado de México, Puebla, and Querétaro.
- Lead consultative technical sales processes with mid- to long-term decision-making cycles.
- Deliver tailored technical commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and design teams.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with procurement, plant, and logistics management teams.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through strategic pipeline management.

Qualifications




- Automotive Industry Network (Mandatory): Active contacts, established client portfolio, and background in the automotive industry (Tier 1 suppliers / OEMs) are strictly required. Only candidates with proven automotive experience and contacts will be considered.
- Packaging Expertise: Experience in general industrial packaging sales (flexible, plastic, corrugated/cardboard, technical packaging, etc.).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in B2B consultative sales within the industrial packaging and automotive sectors.
- Coverage Area & Mobility: Must be based in or able to cover the Central Region (CDMX, Edomex, Puebla, Querétaro) with full availability to travel within the territory for client and plant visits.
- Language: Advanced or Native Business English (essential for corporate communication and global accounts).
