Job Description
The Process Engineer will acquire essential technical manufacturing skills, onboard to Integrated Work System (IWS), develop leadership capabilities, and utilize digital analytics to drive operational improvements. This role supports the line triad and continuous improvement cycles,



including ownership of a RTT (run to taget) DMS ( Daily Management System ) and coaching colleagues for IWS progress. Reporting to the department ODM ( Operating Department Manager), the role requires strong collaboration and leadership to deliver business results.
