THE OPPORTUNITY Lead Corporate Security technology projects from business case through implementation and sustainment, integrating CCTV, GPS, access control, monitoring platforms, analytics and automation to strengthen risk management, operational efficiency and decision-making. Bring a strong technology background and hands-on technical understanding to personally develop solution assessments, functional and technical requirements, project documentation, business cases and implementation deliverables needed to take initiatives form concept to closure.

Identify, evaluate and develop AI-driven solutions and intelligent agents to optimize corporate security processes, enhance analytics and generate measurable business value, while ensuring responsible AI use and appropriate controls. Coordinate stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams and apply Agile and hybrid project management practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities YOUR IMPACT

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Corporate Security technology projects using PMP, Agile, Scrum and hybrid practices, with accountability for scope, value, risk, budget, schedule, quality and adoption.
- Personally build projects from the ground up by conducting diagnostics and research; defining business and functional requirements; and preparing required templates, business justifications, business cases, SOWs, budgets, vendor evaluations, presentations, status reports and implementation plans.
- Implement and sustain security technologies including CCTV, GPS, access control and monitoring platforms, ensuring scalability, service continuity,



cybersecurity alignment, compliance with PepsiCo standards and vendor performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors through detailed planning, backlog prioritization, issue resolution, implementation, testing, adoption, benefit measurement and formal project closure; directly follow up on actions and verify the completeness and quality of deliverables.
- Detect improvement opportunities and develop innovation pipelines and proof-of-concept initiatives, translating emerging technologies into viable solutions and measurable operational, financial and risk-reduction outcomes.
- Research and propose appropriate AI, analytics, automation and intelligent-agent use cases for physical security; define success metrics, data needs, governance controls and responsible-use principles without making AI the sole focus of the role.
- Use data and AI-assisted insights, where appropriate, for risk analysis, scenario planning, resource optimization, performance reporting and timely management decision-making.
- Lead change management, stakeholder engagement and capability building to drive adoption of new processes and technologies across technical, operational and leadership audiences.
- Coordinate the Information Security Committee and Office agenda and execute AOP strategies, ensuring governance, compliance, quality control, disciplined follow-through and transparent communication.

Qualifications WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing technology solutions, preferably in physical security environments, with practical exposure to systems such as CCTV/VMS, access control, GPS, monitoring platforms, sensors or other connected security technologies.
- Technical understanding of system architecture, integrations and data flows, including APIs, databases, cloud-based platforms, networks and system interoperability, with the ability to translate operational needs into functional and technical requirements.




- Hands-on experience across the technology project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution assessment, technical documentation, testing/UAT, implementation, troubleshooting, deployment and transition to operations.
- Demonstrated ability to personally develop project deliverables, including technical and functional requirements, business cases, SOWs, vendor assessments, project plans, budgets, implementation documentation and status reporting.
- Working knowledge of data analytics, process automation and AI-enabled solutions, including the ability to identify and structure use cases for artificial intelligence and intelligent agents, define data requirements and support implementation with appropriate governance and responsible-use controls.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery practices and technology governance, with the ability to coordinate vendors and cross-functional technical teams while remaining directly involved in execution.
- English proficiency at 80% or above.
