Job Title: Key Account Manager (Bilingual) Industry: 3PL / Third-Party Logistics Reports To: General Manager Job Type: Full-Time Position Summary The Key Account Manager is responsible for directly interfacing with clients to provide updates, schedule deliveries, solve problems, and attend performance meetings on site at the customer.
The Key Account Manager is also responsible for the daily execution of import/export container movements, coordinating terminal appointments, and managing the physical yard.
This role bridges the gap between drivers, yard operations, and the customer, ensuring on-time delivery, meeting all expectations and KPI's of the customer while minimizing demurrage/detention fees, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Customer Facing Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.
