Role Purpose Lead Sigma's global innovation governance and performance management processes by ensuring consistent methodologies, reliable analytics, and executive visibility across all Business Units.
The role transforms innovation data into strategic insights by managing the company's innovation measurement framework, executive reporting, and digital analytics tools, including the General Innovation Dashboard.
Acting as the central connection between Business Units and corporate functions, this position enables leadership to monitor innovation performance, support strategic decision-making, and continuously improve innovation capabilities across the organization.
Rather than developing products directly, this role enables innovation at a global level by standardizing processes, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring data quality, governance, and alignment across geographies.
