Outbound Lead Generation & Appointment Setter Remote | Full-Time Contractor| U.S. Hours The Role We're looking for a results-driven outbound specialist who knows how to generate leads — not just follow up with them. This is a high-impact role focused on building and activating our top-of-funnel pipeline through strategic prospecting, cold calling, and outbound outreach. Your mission: Create conversations with the right prospects and turn them into booked meetings. You will identify, research, contact, and qualify leads — ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for our Business Development team. What You'll Do Lead Generation & Prospecting (Primary Focus) Research and build targeted lead lists (industry, company size, decision-makers) Use LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, directories, and other tools to source prospects Identify and qualify ideal customer profiles (ICP)



Maintain consistent daily outbound activity Cold Calling & Outbound Outreach Conduct high-volume cold calls to decision-makers Send personalized email and LinkedIn outreach Handle objections confidently and professionally Follow up persistently to drive engagement Book qualified meetings for the Business Development team Appointment Setting Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects Confirm meetings and reduce no-shows Ensure prospects are properly briefed before meetings Pipeline & Performance Tracking Track daily outreach metrics (calls, emails, connects, bookings) Update CRM with accurate notes and next steps Maintain clean and organized lead stages Optimize outreach strategies based on performance data What We're Looking For Proven experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation Experience booking meetings for a sales team Comfortable making ******+ calls per day Strong objection-handling skills Experience using prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Highly organized and target-driven Comfortable working U.S. hours Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services is a strong plus Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Success in This Role Consistent flow of qualified booked meetings High outbound activity levels Strong booking rate from cold outreach Accurate CRM tracking Revenue pipeline growth month over month KPIs (Example) Daily calls made Weekly meetings booked Show-up rate Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
