Your Impact We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team with the execution of high-profile LED display, electrical, and signage projects throughout the New York metropolitan area.
What You'll Do: · Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
· Track schedules, milestones, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and deliveries.
· Coordinate between internal departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.
· Monitor permits, inspections, and required documentation.
· Assist with procurement and track long-lead materials.
· Maintain organized project files and documentation.
· Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and project updates.
· Support billing milestones by ensuring required documentation is complete.




· Identify scheduling issues and proactively coordinate solutions.
· Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars.
What We're Looking For: · Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a similar field.
· 2+ years of project coordination, construction administration, or related experience.
· Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a team-first attitude · Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
What we offer and other important information: · $ 32,*******,000 pesos per month (based on experience and other factors/gross salary).
· Position on-site · Monday-Friday 7:00 am- 4:00 pm, PST.
8:00 am- 5:00 pm MST.
