Company Description
TechLoom Global connects industry-leading companies across various sectors with top-tier integral talent. We offer flexible staffing solutions tailored to specific needs, whether for part-time resources or fully-staffed departments. Our expertise spans project delivery, program management, and operational support. We deliver the right professionals to drive your business success in today's dynamic and competitive landscape.
Role Description
We are seeking a Remote Construction Program Manager to support a U.S.-based construction services company operating at scale across multiple states. This role is embedded within the client's Program Management Office and serves as a coordination and delivery support function across active construction and infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on a national pavement assessment program for a major retail client.
You will work directly with program managers, project owners, and field teams in a fully remote environment, where responsiveness, accuracy, and proactive follow-through are essential. This role blends technical scoring and analysis with day-to-day program coordination and executive-facing communication. It is ideal for someone with a background in construction project coordination who thrives in a structured, fast-paced setting and takes ownership of deliverables without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update project tracking reports, dashboards, and status documentation across active programs
Learn and apply industry-standard (ASTM) methods for rating pavement condition, including PCI scoring methodology and distress types
Use AI-supported workflows to generate and validate pavement condition scores from field scan data
Coordinate schedules and deliverables directly with field survey teams
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and action items — flagging delays and following up with responsible parties
Own zone creation and weighting in mapping/scoring tools alongside the Project Coordinator
Keep internal data platforms current; drive timely updates from teams and stakeholders
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly status reports for program leadership
Support risk tracking and issue log management, ensuring items are documented and escalated appropriately
Assist with meeting preparation, agenda creation, and post-meeting action item follow-up
Prioritize the annual location pipeline using scoring data and prior findings
Support onboarding of new projects into the PMO framework as needed
Assist the PMO and Business Development team on new opportunities and sales presentations
Build clear documents and leadership-ready slide decks; present findings and program updates to client and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or program administration — construction or infrastructure sector strongly preferred
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, Quickbase, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data tracking; PowerPoint for executive-facing materials
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Comfortable working independently in a remote, async-friendly environment
Experience with cross-functional coordination and vendor communication preferred
Comfortable moving between hands-on technical review and leadership-level communication
