We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and efficient maintenance process that enhances the experience for both property owners and tenants. The idóneo candidate will have proven experience in maintenance coordination and property management, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Process Management
Receive, document, and manage work orders
Communicate effectively with vendors, property owners, and tenants via phone and email
Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on all service requests and work order completions
Review and attach invoices to corresponding work orders
Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to established timelines
Schedule and facilitate inspections and semi-annual property surveys
Manage vendor onboarding and maintain updated records
Source and develop strong relationships with new and existing vendors
Customer Service & Communication
Provide excellent customer service to residents, owners, and team members
Qualify incoming work orders through exploratory questions and basic troubleshooting
Maintain consistent follow-up on all tasks and updates
Respond to calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally
Team & Leadership
Collaborate with internal team members to support operational efficiency
Ensure alignment with company procedures and property management best practices
Skills & Qualifications:
Several years of prior experience handling maintenance requests is a MUST.
Solid knowledge of property management or maintenance coordination.
Experience with property management software (e.g., Rentvine, Aptly, AppFolio, Propertyware)
Ability to interpret maintenance scopes, estimates, and invoices.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills with tenants, vendors, owners, and internal staff.
Excellent decision-making and prioritization under pressure.
Solid troubleshooting skills for common maintenance issues.
Highly reliable, organized, and self-directed with strong follow-through.

Pay: $10 - $13 per hour (Based on experience)
