Fever ́s Back Offices Management: creation, configuration, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance of experiences across internal and external ticketing and distribution platforms Operational Monitoring: daily checks of published experiences to ensure correct setup, performance, and smooth operation.

Cross-Team Coordination: daily collaboration with Project Management, Product, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders to support back-office plan configuration, coordinate experience launches,



and continuously improve internal operational processes.

API Integrations Maintenance: oversee the day-to-day performance of external partner API integrations, proactively identify issues, coordinate fixes with technical teams and partners, and ensure seamless operational continuity for live experiences. High level of English and Spanish (required). Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools (SQL, dashboards, internal systems, etc.).
