PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Supporting the Manufacturing area , our Production Supervisor is responsible of ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations in the field of health, safety and environment , as well as identifying and controlling the risks associated with activities, products and services of the company.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the execution of the designated production plan through the effective management of assigned personnel.




- Ensure compliance with production goals by monitoring customer specifications and established requirements.
- Collaborate with different departments at Zobele México to drive process and productivity improvements.

Requirements:

- Fluent English is a prerequisite
- Industrial Engineering and/or relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience Manufacturing processes, preferably Leading teams.
- SAP
- Six Sigma tools
- Personnel management
