The Commercial Education Manager is responsible for defining and leading the regional Commercial Education strategy for DePuy Synthes across LATAM. This role owns the direction, integration, and effectiveness of commercial capability building across the full portfolio, encompassing both clinical selling skills and strategic / value‑based selling skills for direct and indirect (distributor‑based) go‑to‑market models.
