Responsibilities
- Written and verbal communication with native speakers (B2C and B2B)
- Execute and manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to completion in ClickUp
- Maintaining customer data in HubSpot
- Ensure high-quality project execution and adherence to deadlines
- Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and scheduling departments
Requirements
- Strong skills in maintaining and enhancing client relationships
- Engineering education OR strong engineering experience
- Capable of identifying and resolving issues promptly and efficiently
- Strong client communication and relationship skills
- Capable of overcoming client objections
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with various software and tools
