Company Description Kronoz specializes in Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), bringing owners, designers, and builders together as one team from project inception. The company combines IPD with Target Value Design, sharing risks and rewards, making decisions collaboratively, and using the budget as a design constraint rather than a late-stage validation. From day one, Kronoz integrates owners, architects, and engineers under a target budget so design, engineering, and cost planning advance in parallel with real-time information.
Services include Integrated Preconstruction, Integrated Project Management, and Integrated Construction, all supported by centralized real-time analytical accounting, georeferenced photographic progress tracking, and progressive design against clear targets. Kronoz’s approach focuses on making projects feasible by designing with cost in mind from the start.
