You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Leading the end-to-end proposal and presentation process for prioritized sales opportunities.
- Partnering with sales teams, dealer partners, and subject matter experts to understand customer requirements and develop proposal strategies.
- Coordinating internal and external resources, defining responsibilities, and managing timelines to ensure successful proposal delivery.
- Developing compelling, accurate, and brand-aligned proposal content that supports business growth objectives.
- Managing multiple proposal projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting customer deadlines.
- Collaborating with sales,



pricing, contracts, and other cross-functional teams to strengthen proposal competitiveness and effectiveness.
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality proposals, presentations, and supporting materials throughout the sales process.
- Leveraging AI tools to improve proposal development.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or program management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, sales support, marketing, or a related business environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe suite tools is needed.

- Experience supporting large-scale sales opportunities and complex business pursuits.
- Proposal management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop proposal strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Strong project management capabilities, including prioritization, scheduling, stakeholder management, and process coordination.




- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, dealer partners, pricing, contracts, and other subject matter experts.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail
