Ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according the standards through of inspections, audits, etc. Create entries for non-conforming material inside the system and validate quality incidents from other plants that could affect. Gather data through of statistical measurements for failures, defects, quality issues, etc.
Create orders for sorting and/or reworks with approved work instructions.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering and/or related 1 to 3 years of experience inside the Automotive Industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, manufacturing (exterior, interior, electronics and/or powertrain)
and/or similar positions Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (VDA, IATF16949 and/or ISO 9001) Good knowledge of Non-conforming processes and material management Good knowledge of quality processes, quality tools and GD&T; (is a plus) Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 (desirable) Handling of KPIs and reporting Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing) Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Access, Excel, Powerpoint) SAP (desirable) Fluent English (Conversational level) Available to rotate shifts 2 year contract MAKING IMPOSSIBLE THINGS POSSIBLE WITH YOU JazzHr Privacy Policy
