The idóneo candidate will have a strong background in quality engineering practices within manufacturing environments and be skilled at translating complex assembly processes into clear, accurate documentation. Spanish proficiency and the ability to travel to Mexico on a bi-weekly basis are essential for this role.



Develop clear and detailed work instructions for manufacturing processes, specifically focusing on actuators, valves, and electromechanical assemblies, utilizing Excel and PowerPoint to document both text and images.

Drive Process Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and help implement changes that enhance efficiency and product quality. Strong background in manufacturing processes, particularly with electro-mechanical assemblies. Electro-Mechanical Assembly Experience: Bonus if you have worked with actuators, valves, and switches in a manufacturing or quality assurance capacity.

Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Comfort and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., Spanish Language Proficiency: Ability to speak and understand Spanish is crucial, as communication with Spanish-speaking production teams is essential for training purposes. Must be available to travel to Mexico on a bi-weekly basis to collaborate with manufacturing teams and support training $48 - $53 an hourMileage reimbursement at the US gov't rate ($0.70 per mile driven).
