QUALITY SYSTEM ENGINEER

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.

- Advanced English (required).

- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA).

- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

- Experience with internal and external audits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).

- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.

- Prepare and control quality system documentation.

- Plan and support internal and external audits.

- Monitor corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.

- Train employees on quality system requirements.

- Track quality system performance and compliance.





- Support certification and customer audits.
