About the Position:

The primary responsibility of the Regulatory Affairs Manager is to ensure compliance with Mexican regulations in each of the administrative processes related to the importation, formulation, distribution, and commercialization of AMVAC Mexico’s crop protection products.

Position Functions and Responsibilities

· Review information for the preparation of pesticide and plant nutrient dossiers for registration purposes in Mexico.

· Identify third parties needed to support regulatory efforts in Mexico (GLP study providers, law firms to support the registration process, university/INIFAP professionals, etc.).

· Coordinate and obtain chemical studies from COFEPRIS-authorized laboratories.

· Labels (Preparation, review,



and approval).

· Obtain and renew OMRI certifications.

· Safety Data Sheets (Preparation, review, and approval).

· Obtain biological efficacy opinions in coordination with the Marketing and Development areas.

· Participate in regulatory improvement processes. Support the Marketing area in the preparation of technical data sheets.

· Provide formulation details to support production.

· Support trademark registration processes (availability and extensions in registrations).

· Certifications before SADER (manufacturing/formulation company, importing company, commercial company).

· Import permits.

· Follow-up on technical and administrative documentation for the importation of commercial samples (coordination with the administrative area and Customs Agency).

· Coordinate with the international regulatory team.

· Participate in working groups of associations such as CNA, SONAFI, PROCCYT, UMFFACC, and AgroCare.

· Prepare the annual budget for the Regulatory Affairs area.

Experience and Skills

· Strong organizational skills. Computer skills should include practical knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Word®, Excel®, and PowerPoint®.

· High level of responsibility: accountable for meeting deadlines, goals, and budgets.
