Join our Operational Excellence team as the connective tissue between Build, DevOps, and Operations. Lead a mature, auditable Change & Release Management practice spanning multiple platforms, teams, and business functions. You'll orchestrate complex releases across online and offline sales, drive governance rigor, and ensure minimal disruption while maximizing delivery velocity.
? What You'd Do:
- Build and enforce release governance models, calendars, and policies across a multi-domain environment; manage change classification (Standard, Normal, Emergency) and release types (Major, Minor, Hotfix) with consistency and rigor.
- Bridge Build, Operations, and DevOps teams , map dependencies, resolve conflicts, bundle changes strategically, and align business needs with technical constraints.
- Lead CAB meetings, Go/No-Go reviews, and release readiness assessments ; secure approvals and maintain comprehensive release documentation.
- Own the full change and release lifecycle (intake to closure), ensuring quality gates, risk assessments, and testing standards are met before deployment.
- Monitor live deployments, coordinate incident response, oversee rollbacks, and partner with Incident Management to resolve failures quickly.
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD reliability and governance alignment ; drive automation to eliminate manual risk and accelerate delivery.
- Define KPIs/KRIs ( change failure rate, release success rate), build leadership dashboards, and lead retrospectives to continuously improve processes and execution.
- Ensure operational readiness through runbooks,
SLAs, support handoffs, and knowledge transfer before and after each release.
? What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced English (C1/C2) for daily communication.
- 5+ years in Release, Change Management, or ITSM roles ; experience in transversal, multi-domain environments spanning digital and retail operations is idóneo.
- Strong ITIL (v3/v4) foundation, particularly Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management, with hands-on experience in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Remedy).
- Proven cross-functional influence : skilled at stakeholder communication, CAB facilitation, executive-level reporting, and translating technical risk into business impact.
- Risk-management mindset with ability to anticipate and mitigate deployment and operational risks across complex, multi-channel environments.
- Data-driven and analytical; comfortable building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and defining metrics to drive decisions.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation ; able to collaborate effectively with DevOps and engineering teams.
- Meticulous with documentation, compliance traceability, and governance rigor and calm under pressure, capable of leading high-stakes incident coordination and rollback decisions.
⭐️ PLUS: ITIL Foundation+ certification; Certified Change Management Professional; familiarity with e-commerce and retail operational rhythms.
