ABOUT THE ROLE:

? Fully Remote | Open to all candidates | Full-Time Availability Required | $6 USD/hour + Performance-Based Commissions | Paid Training

We are looking for Bilingual Customer Service Representatives to join our growing remote team.

In this role, you will communicate with potential clients, provide professional and empathetic customer service, gather and verify information, follow up when needed, and accurately document interactions in our systems.

What you'll do

- Handle inbound and outbound communications with potential clients
- Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic customer service
- Gather and verify client information
- Follow established scripts and procedures
- Document interactions and update internal systems
- Follow up with potential clients when needed
- Work closely with the team to provide a smooth customer experience

What we're looking for





• Strong spoken and written English is required

- Clear and confident communication skills
- Customer service, call center, sales, or similar experience is a plus
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable using online systems and learning new tools
- Reliable internet connection
- Full-time availability is required. Candidates MUST be able to work approximately 40 hours per week on a consistent basis. Candidates who cannot commit to a consistent full-time schedule will not be considered.
