Ericsson is seeking a Collections Specialist in Mexico City to support the migration of collections activities to the Shared Services Center and standardize processes across teams. You will handle day-to-day cash collection, accounts receivable, and customer management for general B2B customers.
You will collaborate with Billing, Treasury, Credit Management, Sales, and virtual teams, using Zuora and Oracle to record and track activity while ensuring service levels and accuracy.
