What You'll Do

As a Property Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, vendors,



and internal teams while managing a portfolio of approximately 100–125 residential rental properties.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing day-to-day operations for assigned properties
- Responding to tenant and owner inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Managing work orders through AppFolio and ensuring timely completion
- Reviewing and approving maintenance invoices
- Overseeing property turnovers, move-ins, and move-outs
- Processing lease renewals and security deposit reimbursements
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with applicable property requirements and certifications
- Delivering exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships

What We're Looking For

- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Your own PC/laptop equipment (Mac is not supported)
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Basic knowledge of residential maintenance concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
