We are looking for a Tax specialist to take ownership of tax compliance in Mexico while acting as a strategic partner to the business.What you will doEnsure compliance with all Mexican tax obligations, including VAT, Income Tax, withholding taxes, and local taxesAssess tax implications of business transactions, new projects, and commercial initiativesIdentify tax risks and recommend mitigation strategiesSupport audits and manage interactions with tax authorities (SAT)Review tax calculations, filings,



and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and complianceMonitor changes in Mexican tax legislation and lead implementation of required adjustmentsSupport transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions when applicableImprove tax processes and internal controls to enhance governanceCollaborate with external advisors when specialized support is requiredWhat we are looking forEducationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related fieldExperience3 -5 years of progressive experience in corporate taxExperience in multinational companies strongly preferredProven ability to support business decisions from a tax perspectiveTechnical SkillsStrong knowledge of Mexican tax legislationExperience with complex tax mattersSolid understanding of accounting-tax interaction#J-*****-Ljbffr
