OverviewThe CRM and Personalization Manager owns the strategy and execution of all email and customer relationship management (CRM) marketing efforts, driving customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through personalized, automated, and data-informed campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with broader marketing initiatives.Reporting and Organizational RelationshipsReports directly to SVP Marketing and Digital.
Will work closely with Marketing staff and Leadership.Essential Job FunctionsDevelop annual, quarterly and monthly CRM and email marketing plans aligned with business goals, including lifecycle mapping, segmentation and contentWork with Marketing staff to maintain accurate status on all active email and marketing projectsManage end-to-end campaign delivery from concept and content briefing to setup, workflow automation, targeting, QA, and deploymentUtilize CRM data to segment audiences, build personalized journeys (welcome, nurture, drip, etc) and enhance customer experiencesMaintain vendor MSAs and SOWs and work with the marketing team to assess Email and CRM vendor performance on a regular basis.
Ensure that Lifespace is receiving full value for the investment it is makingManage marketing automation platforms to scale programs and improve efficiencyImplement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvementMonitor KPIs, report on ROI and provide insights to optimize future campaigns and strategiesPartner with Sales, IT and Leadership for platform enhancementsEnsure adherence to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and stay updated on industry trendsCreate event landing pages and updates on website as requestedPerform other digital tasks as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.




MBA or related graduate degree preferredEight to ten years of progressive email and CRM marketing or agency operations experienceProficiency with major ESPs and CRM platformsStrong copywriting, design sense and A/B testing skillsDemonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving/resolution skills and a team focusAnalytical mindset with experience in performance measurement and reportingKnowledge of HTML/CSS and mobile optimization a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors, and team membersBenefitsAt Meztal, we prioritize innovation, collaboration, and personal growth.
