Are you an experienced
Call Center Agent
with a background in healthcare, insurance, hospitals, or patient services? Join a growing healthcare technology company and help provide exceptional support to patients and healthcare consumers.
What You'll Do
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
Assist with patient registration and insurance information.
Provide accurate information about healthcare services, providers, and locations.
Resolve patient concerns while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Document interactions accurately in
EHR and customer service systems
.
Follow healthcare procedures and maintain
HIPAA and patient privacy standards
.




What We're Looking For
✔
Bachelor's degree is required – any field/background is accepted
✔ Previous experience in a
healthcare, insurance, hospital, patient access, or healthcare call center campaign is required
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Customer-focused and professional attitude
✔ Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
✔ Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
✔ Experience with
EHR/CRM systems
is a plus
✔ Epic experience is a plus
Important:
A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, regardless of field. Healthcare-related call center experience is also required.
