The CSFD Performance Feature Specialist/designers Engineer will be responsible for Connected Services, Vehicle Access, Start, Security voice of the customer (VoC) development, customer functional objectives target setting, and feature test plan creation.
Some activities for the Feature Specialist include but are no limited to:
1. Core feature owner/CFO library owner/author
2. Test Plan and Procedure creator owner
3. Support issue resolution, triage, testing, for their specific domain
4. Benchmarking lead

Technical Leads" Requirements Basic Qualifications: ● Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical ,Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering or equivalent ● Experience in automotive industry ● Strong desire to understand customer wants and vehicle development program ● Understanding of operational architecture, defining use cases, vehicle and software life cycle ● Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced work environment with minimum assistance ● Experience/knowledge with vehicle connectivity design and/or testing Role activities: ● Core feature owner/CFO library owner/author ● Test Plan and Procedure creator owner ● Support issue resolution, triage, testing, for their specific domain ● Benchmarking ● Support Technical Lead
