Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator / CPQ Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, configuration, and production support .

The idóneo candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, manage Salesforce configurations and enhancements, support releases, and coordinate with offshore development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ .
- Manage Salesforce users, accounts, access, profiles, roles, permissions, and SSO .
- Perform CPQ account creation, deletion, and access management .
- Configure Lightning Flows, Lead Management, and Opportunity Management .
- Create and maintain Reports and Dashboards .
- Perform Salesforce data uploads using Data Loader and Import Wizard .
- Manage weekly/monthly Salesforce data backups .
- Support Salesforce seasonal releases/patches, including impact analysis, testing, and validation .
- Review and create Salesforce solution designs and entity models .
- Gather and document requirements for minor enhancements.
- Assess technical impacts of functional requirement changes.
- Coordinate with offshore development teams and support deployments across environments.
- Provide production support,



incident management, service requests, and enhancement support .
- Support integrations with Outlook, HubSpot, and other applications .
- Train business users on Salesforce processes and workflows.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration .
- Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ .
- Experience with Service Cloud configuration .
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Flow .
- Experience with Profiles, Roles, Security, Permissions, and SSO .
- Experience with Data Loader and Import Wizard .
- Experience with Salesforce Reports and Dashboards .
- Experience in production support / managed services environments .
- Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications – Mandatory
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Platform certification(s)

Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with business stakeholders and offshore teams.
- Experience in Salesforce enhancement and change management.
- Experience supporting Outlook and HubSpot integrations .
