Join a high-performing team spearheading cloud infrastructure modernization for enterprise-level Salesforce ecosystems. If you thrive designing resilient systems, optimizing delivery pipelines, and leading technical excellence across AWS/Azure, and Kubernetes, this is your moment to impact general operations.
? What You'd Do:
- Architect and optimize Salesforce release management pipelines (SFDX, Flosum/Copado, metadata APIs) while managing multi-tiered environments and quality automation gates across multiple concurrent System Integrators.
- Lead CI/CD pipeline design and optimization across Salesforce, AWS, and Azure using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and configuration management (Ansible, Chef).
- Champion Git standards and advanced workflows; establish and enforce code review protocols across your teams.
- Design and provision secure, scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS); embed DevSecOps practices: automated scanning, compliance-as-code, and secrets management.
- Build observability stacks (Datadog, Splunk, New Relic) to maximize uptime and lead incident response on tier-3 on-call rotations.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI-assisted engineering tools to reduce operational toil and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Security, Build, Operations, and Salesforce Architecture teams to establish governance and accelerate velocity.
? What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced English (C1/C2) for daily communication.
- 7+ years in DevOps/Infrastructure engineering, with 3+ years leading Salesforce release management in complex multi-org environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Flosum and/or Copado; strong command of SFDX CLI and advanced Git workflows.
- Proven experience with AWS or Azure infrastructure using Terraform; solid containerization skills (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting in Python, Bash, Go, or Ruby for custom pipeline automation.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and configuration management (Ansible, Chef).
- Networking fundamentals: DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPCs, VPNs.
- Experience with monitoring platforms (Datadog, Splunk, New Relic).
- ⭐️ PLUS: Salesforce Architect certifications; multi-SI governance experience; AI-assisted DevOps background.
