? What we’re looking for:

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Experience facilitating development teams and Agile ceremonies
- Coaching & mentoring of teams and individuals
- Proven ability to remove impediments and resolve conflicts
- Experience driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity
- Strong coordination with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders
- Servant-leader mindset with strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience using metrics to track team performance and improvement




- Background working on enterprise-scale projects
- Experience with distributed, offshore, or multicultural teams

⭐ Highly valued:

- Experience transitioning into Scrum Master / Agile Coach from QA, Project Management, Project Lead, Delivery, or Team Lead roles
- Azure DevOps experience
- Experience in the insurance/reinsurance industry
- Experience managing or supporting offshore teams
- Experience with Sprint 0
