We are currently searching for a Scrum Master : Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) by supporting planning, refinement,



and execution while leading retrospectives to drive continuous improvement. Build and manage project/sprint plans , including milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Decisions) with clear status reporting. Lead scope definition and requirements discovery through stakeholder interviews , workflow reviews, and data/process analysis.

Support QA/UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating outcomes, triaging defects, and confirming release readiness.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a technical environment. Hands-on experience with Agile tools and tracking delivery metrics (defect trends, velocity, etc.).

Desired: Salesforce experience (highly preferred).
