Salary: MXN $25,908.75 Gross Monthly Main Responsibilities Support the month-end close process and assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports

Code and categorize financial transactions accurately in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other client systems

Prepare payroll, accrual, recurring, and adjusting journal entries

Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts, while actively resolving discrepancies

Maintain accurate general ledgers, account schedules, and supporting workflow documentation





Serve as a primary day-to-day contact to respond to routine accounting queries from U.S. clients

Adecuado Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on, full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably supporting U.S.-based companies

Technical Skills: Experience completing account reconciliations, coding transactions, and utilizing QuickBooks Online (preferred)

Languages: Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients

Competencies: Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously
